Visa solutions
We specialise in providing advice, assistance and advocacy to individuals and employers seeking skilled migration visas, sponsored visas, employer-sponsored visas as well as parent and partner visas.
Skilled migration visas
Australia’s migration program aims to attract qualified professionals from all over the world. It allows certain professionals to apply for temporary or permanent visas to live and work in Australia. To be eligible for a Skilled Visa in Australia, professionals need skills in occupations being sought by the Australian Government as well as meeting requirements such as age, qualifications, work experience and proficiency in English. You are able to apply for Australian skilled visas in your own right, without needing employer sponsorship. There is also a temporary residence option for international students who have recently graduated from an Australian educational institution.
Partner or spouse visas
Australia’s Partner Visa program makes it possible for an Australian citizen or permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen settled in Australia, to sponsor an overseas partner to obtain permanent residency in Australia. It is a complex process and must be done correctly to achieve a successful outcome. A partner will be granted a temporary visa first, but you need to apply for both the temporary visa and the permanent visa at the same time and detailed documentation is required for both stages of the application.
Employer-sponsored visas
Employer-sponsored visas allow Australian businesses to fill a position that cannot be filled by an Australian. These visas are for temporary or permanent residency and are available for individuals and their families, residing in Australia or living offshore. You will need to meet the skill, qualification and work experience requirements and be nominated by an eligible Australian employer.
Family visas
An Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen family member may be able to sponsor you (and usually, your eligible family members) for a family visa such as a Parent Visa, Child Visa or Remaining Relative Visa. There are a variety of onshore and offshore visa options. Depending on your circumstances, we will guide you on the best option for you and your family.
